Which brands does PT Akua Tika Import supply?
We are the official NRC distributor for Indonesia and the official distributor of Mares, Aqualung and Apeks dive equipment, Coltri compressors and nitrox systems, and we also supply ENOS, Skywoods and Sanosub products.
Who do you supply?
We supply dive centers, resorts, liveaboards, resellers, marine professionals and individual divers throughout Indonesia.

What are your opening hours?
Manado head office: Monday to Friday 10:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–16:00 WITA. Sanur info center: Monday to Saturday 10:00–18:00 WITA.
Do you have a shop in Labuan Bajo, Raja Ampat or Lombok?
No. We have no shops in Labuan Bajo, Raja Ampat or Lombok. Dive operators in those areas are served from our Manado head office and our Sanur info center, and we ship across Indonesia. More about delivery across Indonesia.
Do you also supply dive compressors and nitrox systems?
Yes. We supply Coltri and NRC breathing-air compressors, nitrox systems and spare parts for the filling station, and we help you specify, install and support the system your operation needs. See the full Coltri and NRC range.

Do you service dive equipment?
Yes. Our factory-trained technicians service regulators and BCDs in-house at our Manado head office. In Bali, Surabaya and Jakarta, service is handled by our official partner dealers.
Do you service gear I bought somewhere else?
Yes. We also service equipment that wasn't bought from us.
I don't live near Manado. Can I send my gear in for service?
Yes. Divers on other islands can courier their gear to our Manado head office. Contact us first and we'll explain how to send it.
Do you sell service kits?
Yes. We sell original service kits to anyone, including dive centres and independent technicians.
